Description: The steam distilled aroma of the fresh root of Ginger has a fresher, crisper top note. This perennial herb is commercially grown as a popular condiment, aromatic stimulant and a remedy against malaria.
The essential oil consists of borneol, citral, cineole, zingiberene camphene, limonene, among others.
