At ARLYS we've chosen to save trees and use our website as our catalog. All of our products are featured here and we do not have a catalog to mail. Feel free, however, to call us with any questions.

At Arlys, we want you to be delighted with your purchase of our aromatic products.

We realize, at times, there may be an occasional error with an order. In the event that we make such an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. If you find that you ordered the wrong product and have not yet opened it within 10 days, please contact us at 877.502.7597 for an authorized return or RMA number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for items not due to our error and it is the customer's responsibility for return shipping. We will contact you with an "authorized in-store credit" to your account. If you have already opened the product, we are unable to resell it for reasons of quality control. Due to this and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened products for any reason. We also do not accept returns on books. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy.

At the time of your order, please select a 1 ml. sample of essential oil, essential oil synergy, fragrance oil or hydrosol you would like to receive and include this information on your order form. This does not include the more expensive essential oils such as Roses, Jasmines, Neroli, Helichrysum, Labrador Tea, Melissa, Sandalwoods etc. Should you be curious about one of these exotic oils, please send us an email inquiring as to the pricing, as each is different, and after payment, we will be happy to ship to you.

Be sure to inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact, then notify us at Arlys after you have called the shipping carrier. New items will be shipped as soon as damaged items have been returned and verified by Arlys or a claim number has been received. You must retain the original packing materials until the claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, there can be no refund or credit.
