Distilled in Madagascar from the wild flowers of Canaga odorata var. genuina. Ylang Ylang Extra is the very best of the distillation for fragrance and intensity. It is taken from the first hour of the steam distillation. It is also most commonly used in perfumery and the perfumer’s choice as it is the most floral smelling, rich in esters. 

A seductive heady, sweet tropical floral aroma.  The essential oil contains Methyl benzoate, methyl salicylate, eugenol, geraniol, linalool, terpenses, among others.
